This page contains links to some of the better work I have done over the past few years. I would especially encourage you to check out RankMyWay and the photography section. Due to the fact that the Webclub server was accidentally donated to a nonprofit charity by our IT department, I don't have any examples of older web development I've done, other than the stuff at SAS®, and that was done under a non-disclosure agreement, so I can't put any of that here.
- RankMyWay Beta
- RankMyWay gives students the power to create their own college rankings by letting them decide what is important in a college. When I was first deciding which colleges to consider applying to, I used an Excel® spreadsheet, among many other things, to help me narrow down my list. I have a feeling that other students might like to use a similar tool. It is written in PHP and uses mySQL for data storage.
- photography portfolio
- I especially enjoy photographing nature, and over the past four years, I have taken many digital photos. These are some of my best ones. The gallery also serves as a showcase for a dynamic, database-driven photo gallery system I wrote.
- flash pong game
- A while ago, I wrote this simple game of pong using Macromedia Flash. It was a fun project I did on my own to learn how to use Flash.
- design portfolio
- This portfolio contains some of the graphic and web design I have done in high school.
- science portfolio
- In 9th and 10th grade, I created two websites about Decompression Sickness and Immunoglobins (antibodies) respectively. I focused more on the content rather than the design so these are in the science portfolio rather than the design one.
